1. DOT-accredited Primary and Secondary Tourism Enterprises;
2. LGU-licensed Primary Tourism Enterprises;
3. Community-based Tourism Organizations registered with LGU or National Government Agency;
4. Tour Guide Associations registered with LGU or National Government Agency as to members who are:
a. DOT-accredited Tour Guides;
b. LGU-licensed Tour Guides;
5. PCSSD-accredited Dive Establishments and Liveaboards; and
6. LGU-Licensed Secondary Tourism enterprises as defined under the IRR of R.A. 9593.
